Parents and Athletes:
Good afternoon! If your son plans to participate in athletics the 2024-2025 school year, please make sure you complete the UIL Physical Form and online paperwork prior to August 1, 2024. I have attached the required UIL Physical Form. The link for the Rankone online paperwork is also included below. Once one Rankone online forms are completed, you will need to upload a picture of the medical history and the UIL Physical Form (that has been completed signed off on by a physician) to Rankone. Please understand, if these are not completed prior to the first day of school, athletes may be removed from athletics.
